Adventures in Faith [pt 1] : Vision of The Cross: Several years ago I was sitting on the floor in my bedroom listening to praise music and reading Scripture and then I went to bed. The Lord woke me up to a vision. All of a sudden instead of it being night and darkness, I found my self standing at the west side of the city (Las Cruces, NM) looking east and it was bright as noonday! The Glory of the Lord showed everywhere all around the valley and the mountains (Organ Mountains) and in the sky among the clouds. A GIANT Cross filled the sky and it was mounted on a huge boulder. Adventures in Faith [pt 2] : The Moving Rectangle One night the power of The Holy Spirit woke me up. Every thing was dark at first and it was like Love was in the air with the power of God manifested all around me. I was totaly engulfed in The Spirit and I was just rejoicing in my heart. All of a sudden I saw a rectangle that was just bright enough to see, move horizontally from left to right in front of me. I was not sure what it was but I just was enjoing The Spirit so much. I had severe arthritis for almost 4 years. Then I turned to Jesus when I had no other hope for all my pain. Then He healed me and forgave me of all my sins and my life became so much more than I could ever imagine. I got Baptized in The Holy Spirit 6 days later. To the question, “Where is the Lord God of Elijah?” we answer, “Where He has always been – on the throne!” But where are the Elijahs of God? We know Elijah was “a man of like passions as we are,” but alas! we are not men of like prayer as he was. One praying man stands as a majority with God!
